Yes, we have a full in-house design department that can work with your playground consultant to design your custom playground free of charge. Your consultant will address your interests, age groups, site characteristics, budget, and preferences in designing your custom play environment.

We have representatives throughout the southeast United States. Our national customers typically work with us over the phone, via video conference, and through the internet and with use of aerial photos of your location, we’re able to provide a plan to meet your goals.
Orders cannot be currently placed online, rather each quote request is generated by one of our in-house estimators. They will provide you with a quotation that you’ll need to sign to authorize. You’ll be provided with the necessary deposit requirements, and invoice to place the order. Orders can either be emailed, faxed, or mailed in. Delivery times vary based on the type of equipment and current inventory and lead time of our suppliers. Please direct this to your assigned design consultant. We have options for quick ship deliveries, but any custom fabrications take between 2-8 weeks, depending on the product.
Most of our commercial products are made to order. Our typical lead time is 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. We ship all around the world, so no matter where you are, we can get you the play equipment you desire.
For credit card payments, we charge a 4% processing fee. A $10.00 processing fee is applied to any order under $50.00.
We have chosen to work with vendors that certify their products to the highest quality manufacturing standards, as well as those safety guidelines provided by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and American Society of Testing Materials. We can supply certifications of these components through the International Play Equipment Manufacturing Association at your request.

Because we offer a variety of vendors, each manufacturer comes with its own warranty. Typically, commercial structures are backed with a lifetime warranty on steel posts and connecting hardware, 15 year warranty on steel decks, and 15 year warranty on plastic play components. Please contact one of our consultants for exact warranty data.
Typically, if you’re able to provide us with a written estimate of a competitor’s offer, we can try to match or beat that competitor. We understand the competitive landscape and strive to offer the most value for your dollar. Depending on order quantity and size, we can get additional discounting from our vendors.
